I purchased credits but didn't receive them?

You may need to reboot the app in order for the credits to refresh. If you still haven't received the credits, create a support ticket as soon as possible. You will need to provide the receipts of the purchases (which can be found in the inbox of the email address used for your Google Play Store or Apple ID). We will see what we can do.
